2.2 Malicious & Harmful Conduct

• Launching denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
• Unauthorized network scanning, probing, or intrusion attempts.
• Creating or operating botnets or automated spam networks.

2.3 Privacy & Data Violations

• Collecting personal data without the knowledge or consent of the individuals involved.
• Engaging in surveillance, stalking, or unauthorized monitoring of individuals.
• Harvesting private contact information for unsolicited communications.
• Circumventing privacy controls or cookie consent mechanisms to track individuals covertly.

2.4 Intellectual Property Infringement

• Reproducing or distributing copyrighted content without authorization.
• Using the Services to infringe on trademarks, patents, or other IP rights.
• Mass scraping of content in violation of a website's terms of service or robots.txt.

2.5 Platform Abuse

• Creating fake accounts, reviews, ratings, or engagement metrics to deceive users or platforms.
• Manipulating advertising systems, click fraud, or ad impression inflation.
• Evading bans or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms in bad faith.
• Operating pump-and-dump schemes or market manipulation.

2.6 Harmful Content

3. Responsible Automation

• Do not use automation to bypass CAPTCHA or security measures for unauthorized access.

4. Proxy & Network Usage

• Only use proxies you own, have permission to use, or have obtained from legitimate commercial providers.
• Do not use proxies to mask illegal activity or evade law enforcement.
• Do not use residential proxies in ways that negatively impact the proxy owners.

5. Team & Shared Access

• Ensure all team members are aware of and agree to this Acceptable Use Policy.
• You are fully responsible for the actions of all users operating under your account.
• Do not share credentials in a way that enables unauthorized access.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of our Services, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
