5. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (incorporated herein by reference). You agree not to use the Services to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, conduct phishing, or engage in fraud.
6. API Usage
Access to the BXE Browser Automation API (supporting Puppeteer, Selenium, and Playwright) is subject to rate limits and our technical documentation. You may not use the API to build competing products that replicate core BXE Browser functionality.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality — including software code, designs, logos, and documentation — are owned by BXE Browser and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "BXE Browser" and associated marks are our trademarks.
8. Disclaimers
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that the Services will meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BXE Browser and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BXE Browser and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, with or without cause and without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by email notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
